Sierad Produce Quasi Reorganizanition Approved
(Jakarta, Investor Daily and Kontan) - In order to improve the equity structure, on December 22, 2009 PT Sierad Produce Tbk ("Company") held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders III that produces resolutions including approval of the implementation of quasi-reorganization. With the quasi-reorganization, the Company can begin a good start with a balance sheet showing the current value and without burdened deficit, and as the result, it will have a positive impact for shareholders that enable the Company to distribute dividend in accordance with applicable regulations and may attract new investors to own Company shares.
