Sierad Produce Obtains Loan Facility from Bank Rakyat Indonesia
As a first step in establishing cooperation with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (“BRI”), on March 10th, 2010, PT. Sierad Produce Tbk (“Company”) signed a Loan Agreement for additional working capital facility which provided by BRI to support Company’s business group with the limit of Rp 40 billion.
For information, the Company previously had obtained financing facility from Bank Negara Indonesia (“BNI”) dan Bank Syariah Mandiri (“BSM”), and currently exploring financing for the development of next business. With this support, the Company optimist that its performance will be better in the near future.
